All This Testing... no baby yet.

I guess you've noticed by now that I've been testing my mobile posting abilities. You've also probably gathered that this was all in anticipation of sending the announcement of the arrival of lil'bro. From the posts, you can see the progression from a simple text post, to a post with text & a photo and, most recently, a post with video from inside a Verizon store!

I don't see "One of Three..." going to a vlog format but the idea IS entertaining. Having that capability would be nice. I often think I don't get enough video of little daddy on here (it actually feels like it's been a while since we've even had a picture up). Basically, that's why I'm thinking that the next phone upgrade might have to come with some multimedia capability. While I'm a fan of the vlogs of Steve Garfield and David Pouge, I know I'm not nearly as entertaining as them (the saying about 'a face for radio' comes to mind). If I do start something here I definately will not be that ambitious!

For those interested the two phones that are in the running are the LG enV2 and the Samsung FlipShot. The FlipShot takes better video and functions more like the phone I currently have. The enV2 does an ok job with video and has a small but very usable qwerty keyboard. -I'm not a fast typer but just maybe with the enV2, I'll have an easier time trying to keep up with all the phone texts some of you send! Plus mobile blog posts will be easier with the enV2's qwerty keys.

I'm just not sure I'll be able to decide before lil'bro arrives! Regardless of which phone, if any, we decide upon, there should be, at the least, some sort of update or announcement posted here. stay tuned...
